About Paul

Paul's career in training and instructional design spans over 40 years. During that time, he's worked across corporate, academic, and technology environments, with a consistent focus on how people actually use learning in their day-to-day work. He spent over a decade at Apple designing mobile content for the sales organization, where clarity, precision, and usability were essential.

Alongside his consulting work, Paul teaches at the University of Cambridge and the University of the Arts London, where he delivers courses on generative AI and learning design.
